-You can reach Termini Station by taking a train. Once there,  take the underground Line A to Battistini and get off at SPAGNA station. Keep walking until you reach VIA FRATTINA 99.

PARKING

The structure i well connected to the whole city: Spagna metro station is just a few steps away, and walking a few hundred meters you can reach all the major attractions that the center of Rome offers. 

In about thirty minutes, always walking, it is possible to cross the river and easily reach the Vatican area
